Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will happily exchange the item or issue a refund. All returns are subject to the customer sending the item back within 30 days of your order being shipped. Items must be returned with their original packaging and unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused condition with the tags attached.
Purchased goods can be returned due to the following reasons: incorrect sizing, receipt of wrong goods or if goods are faulty. Burke & Wills will not return due to a change of mind. Please note the first exchange ONLY is free.
OUR PROCESS
If you would like to return a product, you can follow one of the options below:
Simply click on the link to complete our Online Returns Form. This will ensure we can process your request as quickly as possible.
Or, you can contact our Customer Service Team via email sales@outfitters.com.au to request a Return.
You will need to provide the following:
- Your name, delivery address and phone number
- Your Invoice number (as appears on the top of your invoice sent via post/email)
- A description of the item you are returning and why
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the style code, name, size and colour of the replacement item.
Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email with confirmation of your return and further instructions.

Please ensure your return has the following:
- Is securely packaged in a suitable bag, satchel or carton
- If you are able to print a record of your Returns Form, please include this form with your return. Otherwise, a copy of your name and invoice number must be included in your returns package.
- Attach the appropriate postage to your return package and keep a record of your tracking number
- Please email us confirming the return has been completed and is on its way
Once your return is received, we will process your refund or exchange. Depending on your financial institution, it might take up to 10 business days for your funds to become available.
