Burke & Wills products can be found at stockists Australia wide by using the ‘Find Your Local Stockist’ search tool on our website.

This service is not available. You will need to return your item to our Head Office in Keysborough, Victoria.

When your order is collected by our courier, you will receive an email from Burke & Wills with a tracking number to track your order.

Purchased goods can be returned due to the following reasons: incorrect sizing, receipt of wrong goods or if goods are faulty. Burke & Wills will not return due to a change of mind.

A return can be processed either online by using our Returns Form or by contacting our Customer Service Team via email sales@outfitters.com.au . An email will be sent to you once we have confirmed your request. Your first exchange will be a freight free return within Australia only and must be returned within 30 days of your order being shipped. You will need to take into consideration the following factors when choosing a swag size best suited to you.

  1. Firstly, consider your own size and how much room you feel you need?
  2. Is the swag just for you or will you sometimes need a swag for two?
  3. How much time will you spend in your swag?
  4. Will you store any gear inside your swag with you?
